GSP full marine - what diseases can they get?

I have a GSP that has been in my full marine reef tank (has been fine with all other inhabitants) for a year and has been thriving. I have not been using QT at all because I didn't know to at first. I may have introduced something with a recent addition of a yellow clown goby. He is scratching himself on live rock and coral. In one spot he's rubbed himself raw and he seems to have small spots. The GSP is the focal point of the tank and the one I really wouldn't want to lose. I'm just curious, since GSP are sold in freshwater, but are brackish that also live in full marine... what are they susceptible to? i.e. can they get both freshwater and marine ICH? Or are they less susceptible to marine disease because of their fresh/brackish water background?

Thanks.
