Is this something I should worry about?

Hello! I have one puffer. He's my only fish and I love him. I always check him out during feeding and I noticed something different about him today. He is a nice green color with dark spots. Today, there was a little bit of a odd green color on some parts of his back. It is between the spots and is not raised. Can it be a burn of some sort? I'm not sure, but I need to know because I've been told pufferfish skin is very sensitive and I want to make sure he is ok.
