Ok so a picture is worth a thousand words.

It happens each time after he eats, the other one is looks fine after eating. I've treated both for internal parasites twice, they get fed every second day either shrimp, prawns, mussels, bloodworms or snails.
Is this normal? What can I do? By tomorrow afternoon he looks normal again.

What did you use to treat the IP's with? Did you treat the food itself?

I used Metronidazole and treated the food.

LOL, totally normal, your fish doesn't have any ribs.

Bloody hell, I got a real fright because it looks so much different from the other one!
