Gsp after tooth trimming

About a week ago I trimmed my green spotted puffers teeth. He was groggy and down the first day but then he started acting like his upbeat self. A couple days after(1 week) my gsp has gone blind. He doesn't respond to light or me when I'm by the tank. He can no longer find his floating dryer shrimp, though he tries and searches hard. Is there anything I can do to help by best aquatic friend?

Pure clove oil just like ever YouTube video stated. 3 drops for 3 or 4 cups of tank water

Do not waste your time my puffer fish has died overnight. 8/11/14. P.s. Worse forum for help ever. Just delete this site
