Mine has just stopped pacing the sides and is digging around in the sand for little sea snails

Just out of curiosity, what do your puffer fish like to do with their cosy tank life?

If only I knew... Gotta set up a camera to tape them for a few hours without me there lol...

I know they're plotting behind my back...

Piggy patrols. When he's not patrolling, he likes to hang out in his Pig Cave, or sneak behind it and practise puffing.

He has an excellent internal pufferclock, and bang on 5pm he starts surfing up and down because he thinks he's getting fed. On dinner days he has his supper, which is then followed by Happy Pink Pig whizzing about before going back to the Pig Cave to sleep it off. He likes the lights out then. On non dinner days, he surfs and begs for ages, giving me the stink eye whilst showing his intense displeasure by going a dark grey. He then retires to the Pig Cave and sulks. If he spots me, he will come back out for some more begging and giving the evils. It's very easy to tell what sort of mood he's in.

Man, he's one tough customer!

Piggy? He seems to be quite emotional for a fish.

Stalker the Fangs just stares at us all day from the bottom left corner. At about 8 or 9 I turn off the light and he goes Behind his tree to sleep.

Green spots are super active watching me all day in the kitchen and while I'm cleaning, at bed time they retire to under thier logs.

His tank is 5 feet away from the dinner table, and he creeps us out staring at us. You can tell he considers the table as part of his territory.

He's a Hairy Puffer. I've heard all the smutty jokes already. Even the guys in the LFS snurk

And yes, they definitely plot. I am extremely grateful for their lack of opposable thumbs. With those they'd be unstoppable

I think my dps also work on perfecting their little "who, me?" expressions!
