My Dwarf Puffer is swimming weird and is really thin!

Hi, I have a problem with one of my dwarf puffers. I have 4 dwarf puffers in planted tank and 2 catfish. All fish are doing well but one of my DP is swimming sometimes on the side and not eating so much. That causes that he have extremely thin body. I have 60l tank, temperature changed for 25•C two days ago from 28•C because I'm trying to spawn them... Can anyone help me with this? Any advice will be appreciated. Jacob, Denmark

What size is the tank?
What kind of catfish, and what size are they?

Tank is 60l and the catfish are around 6cm...

what are the water parameters?
