Leopard Puffer Feeding

I bought a leopard puffer yesterday. I fed him a half cube of frozen brine shrimp this morning, but when I got home today his belly was brownish and he appeared to be scowering the floor for food. So I gave him a half cube of frozen bloodworms - which it voraciously tore apart. So I gave it the other half cube - same deal.

Is it normal for these guys to eat this much in one day? I literally just fed him what my two African Cichlids eat in 3 days (separate tanks)

Welcome. Puffers are greedy and will constantly beg for food, when the begging fails they will search for anything edible.
