I had just recieved my GSP today from a 2-day shipping in the mail. Upon arrival, I saw a healthy fish. After closer inspection an hour later, I found black round rings on the sides, where the white is. The fish is white and not grey or black and is very active. Is this a type of parasite that I should treat? Also, how would I treat my GSP if she had a parasite?

Yep, puffer bites. They'll heal.
