Need help with these GSP's

Hi There! My name is tdawg.
I have recently gotten brand new, cute GSP's. (2 adults, 1 baby)
I am wondering... I am using like, a 30 CM long tank, and there are 3 of them here, and 1 Palembang Puffer.
I am going to get rid of the Palembang Puffer, because i just found out that GSP's are very territorial ( :p )
Will a 60 CM long Tank support the lives of 3 Green spotted puffers, of course i will add alot of hiding spots.
Please, i need Guidance!

In a word, no.
First off, I do not know the ordinary dimensions of tanks in your country, and all three dimensions are significant.
Next, I would not keep even one GSP in any tank less than a meter in its longest dimension, and if more than one is being kept I would want 4 feet or more maximum dimension.
Finally, swimming space, current, visual complexity, and some "private" or visually shelter spaces are also important.

I am very concerned for ALL your fish. The Palembang is a gorgeous fish & very hard to find (in this country). I'm afraid all your puffers are in danger of killing each other (especially the poor lil fella!). Any way to return the GSPs until you find a proper home for the Palem or just keep that fish? Your tank is seriously overstocked, even for the Palem, which needs a minimum of 150 liters. For 3 adult GSPs, you're looking at: 340 liters.

If I did that I wouldn't have a 40 gallon tank for just one fish.

Then you've picked the wrong species of fish to keep. These puffers can l8ve to their late teens, if kept properly. Either do right by your pets or don't keep them.

FYI, I have had 4x2x2 and 6x2x2 foot tanks (120 and 180 US gallons) for a single puffer before, plus associated sump with more than half that volume again. Many puffers are quite long-lived fish, just as are many Cichlids but not as long-lived as some loaches which can live much longer. Many well-kept fish are not short-lived pets.
