I suspect my puffer has IP

So a few days ago I noticed my puffer not acting normal. He was staying in his little home he only sleeps in, and he wasn't moving. He has not eaten in a few days so usually he would at least be out waiting for food. But he wasn't moving at all, just facing the back of the tank. So I bought prazipro right away with overnight shipping to treat him as soon as possible.

Today I got it and I put the required dose in. I just now went to check on him a few hours later and he is out of his little sleeping home area thing. He was just sitting out on the sand in the front like he does a lot. I would assume this is a good sign. I expect he will get better, but in the mean time what should I keep and eye on? Also if he did have IP (which I really believe he did/does) do they just die in him stomach or do they come out, or what happens?

Thanks

You can't effectively treat IPs by dosing water, try soaking some food in a prazipro solution (with some garlic juice) for an hour and feed him that for a few days.
P.S. you'd get much more informative responses from others if you would post at least current water parameters and feeding/care habits.

There may be other reasons he's acting like this. Please answer ALL the questions above, in red.
