Hi, thank you so much for your reply! Those articles really helped. My second (and hopefully last) query is how comfortable or safe he feels. I’ll attach a picture to show the current set up and how he sleeps. He sleeps all day and will maybe come out around 9pm to feed (and I assume he comes out at night) but apart from that, he sleeps. Do you think he would prefer something more private for him to hide in?

What specific gravity is his tank? Although mostly nocturnal, he would feel much safer & outgoing with a lot more live rock. Should be 1 1/2-2lbs/gal. Are you running a protein skimmer?
