i just got 3 dwarf puffers a day ago
10 gallons
the ph ammonia nitrate and all that are correct and stuuf (sorry i know it tells us not to say that but i looked at the ranges and stuff and all within)

the problem is they sleep a lot. one of them has slept for nearly 24 hours i think occasionally getting up and moving. the other two slept for about 12 hours. im not sure if they got up in the night and swam around or what? im scared and i lked it when they would swim and follow each other. please help me

We need to know the exact results of your tests. How was the tank cycled, before adding the fish?

You sure they're sleeping? Just because theyre on the bottom doesnt mean they're sleeping. Sounds like they could be sick, did you cycle the tank properly? What's correct numbers? you should have 0 ammo, 0 nitrite, and 5-20 nitrate.
