Puffer injured?

I have a hairy Puffer in a 29 gallon aquarium. Just yesterday I noticed something on him. On his left side kinda on his belly there are 2 white marks. One is right behind the other and the one is bigger than the other. The only thing I can really think is maybe he got scratched? He's not sick but more of like an injury I'd say. This is the only place I thought this thread would fit.

Here are some pics I managed to get.

Another question before I forget is, should I be worried about keeping his teeth dull? I know with most puffers you have to make sure their teeth don't get too long. Is it the same way with hairy puffers?

I don't think they have dentistry issues like some other puffers. My Conto eats mostly a diet of earthworms.

As far as those marks I can't see clearly, you could try adding Melafix & see if that helps.
