For an aquarium of 100 liters with SAPS what the ideal potency of a powerhead ?

Number of SAPs?
Size and number of other fish, if any?
Filter turnover and type?

I know that is not recommended but I'll stick with 3 SAPS
80x40x30 I will stay only with 3 spas, 2 Pangio kuhlii, 2 ramirezi and some Ottos
I do not know the turnover but my filter would be a Ehein 2217 to 500 liters
