Moving to Lower Altitude-3GSP's Help?

Hi Everyone!
Due to a lot of medical problems I've been having, I most likely will be having to move to a lot lower altitude than where I am currently residing. I currently live in Colorado, and would be moving to San Jose, California. Problem is, I have my three green spotted puffers to move with and no idea how. Is there any possible way? Or am I just out of luck? I don't have anyone to leave them with, and the ones I do know wouldn't be willing to learn all that's required to know to take care of them... I don't think I am going to be able to stay in Colorado. Any ideas at all?
