ID my first puffer

I got my first puffer other day. He was in a tank with no price. I asked the employee how much does he cost and he told me $13. So I bought it.

Does anyone know what kind of puffer this is? At first I thought this fish was a blue spotted pufferfish. After looking at videos and pictures, I think I might have something diffrent. Pictures on the internet show blue spotted puffers with only three lines on the head (with the exception of Wikipedia). Mine has lines on the top half of its body. Does it change it's pattern as it ages?
