Maybe just me but that doesn't look healthy. Unless that's how it's supposed to look. I'm willing to be wrong about this.
Also, I've not generally been impressed with the fish selections/combinations on Tanked. Their main goal seems to be "it looks cool" vs. "it will work together" or "it will live for years if put in this tank."

No but here's some links I found.

It seems to be a fairly skinny puffer even in the wild but still the sunken cheeks don't look healthy in the pic you posted below.
Interesting to find out about another puffer. Thanks for posting.

I agree with this post and I also HATE hate that show-not in it for the love of their fish,so in it for the money and the display aspect with no respect whatsoever for the well being for other creatures' quality of life!
Glad others have shared their thoughts now I know am not the only one who feels this way.

I don't like the show either.
Once had an importer quite some years ago, who offered this species (Southern puffer aka Sphoeroides nephelus) from the Carribean.

I've always thought that show would be better titled: "The Shortest-lived Fishtanks in the World."

May I even further enhance that by saying "The Most Expensive, Shortest-lived Fishtanks in the World."
