Goes to Pufferpunk and purplecandle for helping me through the first hurdle- Ick and adapting my little puffies.
I am happy to report the Ick has run its course-salt and heat.NO meds-Yay!!!! No one else has shown symptoms-yes it was a big mistake not quarentening them and introducing them to healthy fish. In all honesty have been in the fish keeping hobby for years but have not had any new additions, just the baby plecos in all these years-no fatalities or diseases- I have been so very lucky that way.
I have a ramshorn snail tank on the go- as they have almost depleted the entire tank they are in- but they are eating every day now and that makes me so happy as they are not behaving sick and have no cysts on them anymore- they really are beautiful in color and personality.
I have another tank cycling ready to transfer my plecos to it if issues should arise, at the present the plecos do their own thing cleaning the glass and decor and the puffies sift/hunting for snails.at this point they are not interesyed in them at all-but all that could change any time. They are rather young yet do not know their age but an inch and a half maybe two so I expect their agressiveness will develop more as they age. They have their own little hiding spots/sleeping/resting spots and in the mornings are happy to see people and are quite the characters!!!
I appreciate everyone's help and candor in regards to my situation and will continue to do more research and learn as I am only used to herbivorous fish species, this is all new to us but a great new endevour.
With regards.
