That is a pic of fuffer. My baby fahaka. I'm just a little worried cus I can't get her to crunch anything. She won't eat snails and only eats shelled clams and mussels. She isn't even 4" so I'm hoping she will grow into that? Anyone have any experience or advice to share? I worry she isn't curbing the growth of her teeth. I've seen they have grown since I got her a month ago and I'm not sure what to do. Thank you.

Weird it works for me. But that's not the issue. I guess I just can't post pics. But if u have any advice about getting her to wear down her teeth let me know. Thx a ton.

Load them to: www.photobucket.com & then link them here. I can't tell if they're overgrown otherwise. If they are, then there isn't anything you can do other than trim them yourself: library/hospital/dentistry/

Here's a fahaka I was hired to do dentistry on. It was starving, by the time I got to it. :(

Oh man. That poor thing. Why would somebody let it go like that. Did you do any dentistry on the owner? Fuffers teeth aren't over grown I was just trying to show her off :). I'm wondering how to keep it that way if she won't crunch anything.

Best advice I can give is to place the mussell upside down so it bites the shell to flip it. And crush thawed out snails a bit to expose the meat and motivate it to eat snail. You can do that with crawfish and just crus some so its sees its yummy goodness. If he us still hesitant to eat shelled meats, soak the food in water with a drop or two of "kent's garlic extreme". Fish go nuts for the garlic smell
