Canned Food Items

I am new to caring for Puffers so I have a couple questions about the diet. I have had my little Penelope near a month and a half now, and her diet has consisted of freeze dried blood worms daily with live pond snails a few times a week. I have recently begun giving her frozen clams once a week which I can tell makes her very happy. After doing some research I've heard that freeze dried is not the way to go as a main food source, so here is where my dilemma arises. I keep my fish on my desk at work, therefore I don't want to keep frozen little cubes that I have to cut up in the work freezer that I share with my co-workers because I don't think they would be too happy about that. I have seen online that Zoo Med's makes a variety of canned items that are much more fresh and natural than the freeze dried alternatives, so I was wondering which (if any) of these would be suitable to feed to Penelope as her daily food source:
Can O' Shrimp (cooked in the can freshwater shrimp)
Can O' Worms (medium sized meal worms)
Can O' Crickets (adult sized crickets)
Can O' Crickets Mini (small sized crickets
Please let me know what you think or also please share any other good food choices for her...she is currently about 2 inches living in 1.01 SG

I think folks here have used them. How are you gonna keep a 6" puffer on your desk when he matures?

I need to speak with my boss about it, but I'm pretty sure she would be fine with me getting a tank on a stand next to my desk. I really spend most of my hours at work and I'd rather have Penelope here than at home all alone all day, but back to the canned food are you saying they can eat any of those varieties on a daily basis?

I would just use the crickets. The shrimp is cooked (you don't want that) & mealworms are too fatty & their outer shell (chiton) is difficult to digest. You'll still have to supplement with other foods. Try freeze-dried worms & plankton.
