Is it possible to put the tetraodon biocellatus in a marine tank?
Which plants survive a salinity of 1.010 ? I know it is brackish, just wanted to know.
Are there corals which need less care like no feeding? Which?

It may be possible, but it is not really appropriate as an optimum situation for these fish. They appear to do best specific gravity 1.003-1.005. SG 1.010 would be twice their optimum density and will shorten their lives. So IMHO, the answer is no.
Some macroalgae and seagrass may survive SG 1.010 for some time, but it would not be optimum.
Living animals all require care.

I'm confyused--you ask about marine conditons & corals & then ask about SG of 1.010?
Lots of corals don't need direct feeding, because they feed off algae in their cells that feed off special lighting.
