Yes, it's either S. annulatus or the closely related S. rosenblatti. For a definite ID you'd need pictures from above.

If the bulls eye puffer only gets as big as a, fahaka for example...why would it need 180g?

Much more active. I think 180 g is quite small for such a puffer.

Interesting profile on the stellatus, I wonder if a private aquarium put that on order. It was priced around 160$+ or - some. I guess that was a baby, it just had a huge head.

Ebay recently had a large stellatus for I think $1200, so $160 is probably appropriate....IF you've got the tank for it....AND a house big enough for the tank!

It is nice to dream about owning a stellatus puffer though :)
