Target Puffer ID Please

Here are a few pics of the puffer I mentioned in the puffer pix and flix section. Excuse the ugly tank and dirty glass, this is not his forever home. I wanted to clean the glass, but I thought it would stress him. BTW the white spots are dirty glass, not ick.
Anyways, I think it is a fangs (cochinchinensis). He was at the pet store for a year and he is only 3 inches, so he is the right size. His eye spot/target also has a slight reddish tint, but only when the light hits it just right.
Pics are a little crappy, but you can see the snout and the target.
And this is him trying to get away from the camera by wiggling behind his cave. I think he thought that I could not see him

If the eyespot is not red, I believe it's a turgidus then.

This is what corvus says, which is why I sorta think it is a fangs, but it is so dang hard to tell sometimes
Corvus :
" Short snout (< about 2.5 diameters of the eye) + clear target spot (can be red or another color, but must be obvious) = M. cochinchinensis.
Short snout + target spot not much different in terms of size from other spots and only red in juveniles = M. turgidus"

There seems to be a distinct target spot. Fangs IMO.

Monotrete cochinchinensis. Spot does not have to be red for this species.

I am soooo jealous and totally hate your guts. I mean that in the nicest possible way, of course.

Yipee! He just ate a worm! I was so worried that I would not be able to break his pet store gold fish habbit. I really don't like feeding worms, but I'll take it any day over feeding goldfish.
