Bullet Goby and GSP

I let the fish store person talk me into getting a bullet goby to live with my green spotted puffer. She said it was a very fast fish and it could easily swim away if the puffer attacked it, but she said the puffer probably wouldnt attack it. Anyways.. up till today they have been great together. The gsp was attacking the poor goby and the stupid goby could easily swim away but it just wouldnt swim very far.. it wouldnt even try to hide under his/her rock... I do not have another adequate tank to seperate them and I can not afford another. This is just a word of warning to all new fish owners.. your fish store person does not always know what they are talking about.. get to know people on this and other fish forums and do what they suggest.

It's annoying that fish stores know so little. If you are stuck it may be worth adding more caves or low decor or both. Your gsp may well forget about it if it is rarely visible to it

If you can't return it, don't get too attached to the goby

Gobies are sedentary fish who rest on rocks a lot. That's what their "chin fin" is for!
