Parasite on goby

Hey everyone
My to-be reef setup is coming together and I added a few fish. However it seems that my yellow clown goby caught a pest. To me it looks like a leech. It makes a pumping motion and can stretch to twice the length it is on the picture.

Anyone know of a shrimp or fish that eats whatever it is? Or should I dose Prazipro or another medicine to properly kill them all?
I did try catching it but as soon as you come near the tank with a net it hides
. I *might* be able to catch it soon and remove it manually, because it does perch on the front glass frequently, but I'll have to be sneaky.
