hi everyone...i want to ask what I can put puffer fish? thanks^^

My 1st question to you is what FW puffers do you have available to you to buy in your area? Have you looked around? FW puffers are quite aggressive & many do not play well with others, even of their own kind

That tank is perfect for a few F8s or 2 GSPs. Look at our Pufferpedia (under the Learn tab, above), for profiles of different FW/BW puffers.

in my area there is an importer who takes them in germany .... I know that must be alone because aggressive .. what are the F8S or 2 GSPS??

People have some problems with scientific names here.

I have no problems with scientific names but try to keep it simple for most newbies.
Especially since they won't be labeled as such at the stores.

but are not puffers brackish water the nigr and biocellatus??I want a puffer fish freshwater also to be kept alone...which do you recommend?

Rather you want freshwater, brackish, or marine really sets up the choices you have. So, what is your tank prepared for, or what do you want to prepare it for?

Look in to SAPs (South American Puffers.) They're FW. I guess you could do a singleton, but they enjoy company of other SAPs.

Singletons aren't actually good because they don't do well unless in groups. There's like a 3% chance a singleton would do okay, but these puffers are group puffers. They are about the only puffers that PREFER to be in a group.

They also require teeth trimmings because most people can't supply the amount of crunchy foods they need to keep their teeth trimmed.

I agree with NG--SAPs are not for beginner puffer-keepers.
