Is something wrong with my GSP?

Hi everyone, I am really concerned about my little GSP, Hulk, and I was wondering if anyone could help me out.

For the last 2 days Hulk has been kind of lazy and not acting like himself, also he has been unusually grey on his stomach and face. He's been spending a lot of time in his "bed" that he made himself in the gravel and I've been watching him when I feed him (bloodworms once a day, skipping a day once a week which I read was a good idea) and he seems to be eating most of his food, if not all of it, except that he isn't as excited about eating as usual. Just this morning he looks a lot better and seems to be feeling better, but there is still a small bit of discoloration around his tail. I turned the power on his filter down and he seems to like that. I was thinking it could be constipation or an internal parasite? I'm still a "new mother" and I really just want the best for my baby. Thanks for any suggestions! :)

We need a lot more information about the tank, its water, and the water parameters. There is no data on that in you post, so we have nothing but pure guesses. Please answer the questions posted about the water and tank operation posted above.

Yes, please answer all the Qs above, in red.
Also, puffers need a crunchy diet of varied meaty foods: library/feeding/feeding-your-puffers/

I had a cycled tank, but surprising got a small spike of nitrites, so YES, do check your water parameters. I checked my water when I noticed my GSP was laying at the bottom, and sure enough - nitrites! Very bad for any fish. Also, bloodworms, like previously posted, is not that good for a GSP on a regular basis.
