Macro Photos of my Dwarf Pufferss and Questions

I picked up 3 of these guys from my LFS.
I had a Fluval 5 gallon chi but that was obviously too small for them. I even had to move the very aggressive one to a cheap tetra with filtration 1.5 gallon tank because he was chasing the other two constantly. The photos with the purple granite is where I'm keeping the aggressive one until the larger tank arrives.
I've ordered a ADA 60-P 18 gallon tank + Hydrol inline heater + Eheim 2211 that I hope to keep them in. I plan to go with a formation of rock/driftwood for an Iwugami look in that tank. I think that should be a happy place for these 3. I also hope to add two Otos or other peaceful fish to that mix and maybe experiment with some larger adult red shrimps.
Questions:
1. These are infants right?
2. I've read that infant fish should be fed 3 times a day instead of the normal once, is that correct?
3. I've only bought frozen bloodworms but they eat it right up. I've read that some smaller snails are a good treat once in a while. Is a diet of frozen bloodworms + small snails twice a month healthy?
4. Is it possible to tell what gender my puffers are from these photos?
5. These guys seem to be constantly curious, are there any bubble toys or other something that might keep them entertained?
Thanks!
