No, they are best kept at low-end BW, SG 1.003-1.005.

I know they don't quite equally compare, but a bigger water column isn't only good for swimming and entertainment, but also better to keep water params in check.

Could you provide a link about this particular figure 8? I want to see. It's almost the same as asking if you can survive in the atmosphere of Mars. You may be able to breathe in it somewhat, but one cannot say how long you can survive doing so.
