Mixing Insoluble Meds.

This Praziquantel powder I have is REALLY water insoluble.I add it to a small amount of water to soak food in and it stays in beads and balls. The tiny size of the vessel I use to soak the meds makes it hard to get things turgid and get that powder broken down into the water.
So, here's my question, can I make my own Prazi-Pro?Also, if I can make a liquid solution I want to make like 2 oz so I can dose it out.How long will it remain effective in liquid form? And how much powder per oz of water to make it effective, yet far from lethal.

Thank You.

Why not email the manufacturer and let us know the reply.. that would help us as well :) they would have the best answer.
