With the constant in and out of tanks, my poor little hands are suffering and drying out.

Any-one have suggestions for fish friendly hand-cream or do I have to wait until evening and hope I don't have a fish related emergancy before making my hands soft and supple again.

You could try wearing rubber gloves

I do believe that prolonged direct exposure to saltwater can dry out your skin if not rinsed off properly. The water may evaporate but the salt will be left behind.

Use that dish soap that "tough on grease and soft on hands" and follow with some hand lotion to turn you raisin palms to supple soft peaches.
