Most painted non aquarium items are risky at best, they will need to be sealed if you wish to use them. This tbh is more hassle than it is worth. Also bear in mind colour will fade under lights etc so it won't stay good for long. Plastics are safe as is terracotta. Any inert rock with no metals is also safe for use. Hope this helps a little.

Try amazon. If you are that in love with it by all means buy it, find an aquarium safe laquer/ sealant and give it a couple of coats.
