Hi everyone,
I'm new here and after some advice about my two South American Puffers.
Before buying them I did loads of research on the web and have done my best to include things in their diet to keep their teeth trim but I am having a problem. They love bloodworms and snails (I have been keeping some small ramshorn snails in a separate tank as food for them) and will peck at shrimp (not peeled) and mussel meat, however they won't really eat anything crunchy.
They suck the snails out of their shells rather than crunching them!
I don't want their beaks to grow too long. Any ideas?
Thanks for your help!
