Newbie from Canada.puffer sick?

Hello! I am a proud owner of 3 Pea Puffers here in Canada..Who would have thought myself, husband, and 3 kids could fall in love with wee little fish! Lol..we love just sitting watching them for hours..they all seem to have their own personalities! My son puts his face to the tank and the larger one named "Dot" comes over to see his face..the other one we call "Peanut"...and the shy one is "Shylo".. We have had them for about 6 months and they have been very happy, but we noticed today that "Dot" has been just laying on a leaf all day and night now..her tummy isn't as round , she is usually hunting around the bottom or being nosey..We were told they eat flakes which I found right away was wrong! Then found out they eat Brine shrimp, which we have been feeding, but I read on here that's not healthy...is the bloodworms the best? They didn't seem to like them when we tried it awhile back? My husband has changed 30% of the water, our tank is 60 gallons...Can anyone suggest anything else we can do? It's breaking my heart seeing her like this..thank you so much for adding me to your group!
