Has anyone seen these fish? They are new to the trade and my Petland has them. They seem like a fish that may work well with DPs. They seem to move like otos and have characteristics like kuhli loaches whom I've had great DP success.

That article says they are mistaken for a loach.
I'm going to pick up 4 today. After QT I might try them with my DPs and/or if I don't think it will work out, then there is plenty of room in my 75g peaceful community tank.
Will post pics later.

I think I saw 3 of these at the LFS today, or at least something that looked quite a lot like it, pretty big too.

OK, guys, these fish haven't eaten a single thing.
Anyway. I researched them much before I bought them and feeding seemed easy from other keepers online, but these fish haven't eaten a single thing all week.
I've offered...Kinda in order:
FW and BW decor with mature algae (on stone, real wood, fake plants)
NLS H20 wafers
Frozen BW
Clam 1/2 shell
Local "Jack's" community pellets
Blanched zucchini.
Frozen brine shrimp (They were interested and 1 or 2 tasted it then cared less)
Dead cherry shrimp
Ramshorn eggsacks in tank the whole time
Went out and got:
Omega 1 "First Flakes"
Local "Jack's" Algae wafers
2 viriaties of AquaDine, spirulina types (sample right out of the rack)
I am at a loss. These guys are getting skinny and I can think of anything else to offer.
They are in my cycled 10g QT.
pH high but consistent as always 7.9
ammonia/ nitrite =0
nitrate = 10-20
2x25% aged WC this week
IDK what to do. They are very active but getting thin.

Well I did decide to take these guys out of QT early(only a little over a week) and place them in the 29g with my DPs because they weren't eating a single thing.
Here they are within the hour in the more natural tank eating a piece of wafer...
Here's a vid of them last night. They are a riot to watch and the DPs are OK with them though there has been one tail fin nipped.

I'm really considering putting everybody in my 46g and moving the BBGs over to the 29g. That may just be a winter project.
