Red Eyed Puffer parasite

Hello. I am here because I think my red eye puffer has some sort of parasite. First off, I have had her for a couple of months now. She readily eats and her behavior seems very healthy. When I first acquired her, she would randomly have some sort of fluffy white tissue(?) protruding from her vent. I thought it was normal and didn't think much of it. Today I came home and I noticed this:

Since her diet consists of black worms could that just be her poop containing digested worm? What does this look like to you?

Looks like a prolapsed anus to me. Try adding Epsom salt to her tank, 1 tbsp/10g.

PufferPunk, thanks! It took me numerous tries to get a clear shot. Luckily I got it on the 14th try
How often and how long should I do the dosing for? Do you think I should treat for parasites as a safe guard as well?

It could possible be caused by IPs pushing the internal organs out & it wouldn't hurt to treat, although he looks very healthy & his poop is brown, not white/stringy. Soak his food In Jungle Parasite Clear fizzy tabs. dose his tank 1x with the Epsom salt & replace what you remove during WC.
