Fugu puffer?

Since I may not be able to set up a new tank, would a fugu (orange saddle puffer) be ok in a 10 gallon marine tank? I have VERY good filtration so that is not a big deal and I do weekly water changes. I was just curious before I go and make a rushed decision to go get one.

Absolutely not! They grow quite large & are the #1 hardest puffer for any hobbyist to keep alive. No puffers for a 10g reef.

+1 They are beautiful intriguing fish but I have never been able to keep one for longer than a few months. Tried twice and gave up and that was in a 45 gallon breeder.

Wouldn't trust one in a reef tank. Knowing what Mushroom's like, he'd eat the corals!! They also need slightly lower salinity (imo) and defo lower temps than your average reef tank.

Species only, and complicated requirements I'm afraid. :(
