I'm really not sure what is or isn't available in the UK. I know people use Zoe vitamins, and vita-chem and sometimes selcon in combination with vita-chem. Maybe one of the UK members will know.

Thanks guys. Donna do you just soak the food in the pure vitamins or do you dilute it with water from the tank. If so what percentage? eg 50%vits/50%water?

I'm not Donna lol but you just soak the food in pure vitamin solution. There's no risk of over-dosing vitamins.

I add a few drops to the defrost water. I just defrost in tap water. Selcon is totally different than regular vitamins, use both for SW creatures.

definitely don't use half and half, you'll end up spending like $100/week on vitamins... it just takes a few drops in the water that you use to thaw your food..

Not sure why I didn't explain better. I meant what PP and LongGrain said, I think your question just confused my brain. Glad everyone has cleared this up.
