Hey Guys

I asked my LFS to try and get me a fully grown GSP. He said they don't see them that big very often. He said he's seen A Puffer there called a Giant Puffer. He said it wasn't a Mbu but will call me to let me know what's there tomorrow.

I know that's not much to go on but what puffer do you think it may be?

Thanks

I had an adult GSP along time ago that I bought from a fishshop that went out of business afew years after I bought the huge GSP. I wish there was great info on GSP back then around where I live though. And I could have gotten him to live longer. Never seen a GSP that big in person ever again.

Btw, the Giant puffers look just like an adult GSP, imo.

The largest GSP I ever seen was in Petsmart, oddly enough. I have never seen them with them since. He was about 4.5", not including tail and he still had magnificent colors.

Sorry, but GSPs in any format do not look like T. mbu. T. mbu is reticulated, not spotted.

Quite a number of folks on this site have had 6" GSPs.

I missed the call from the guy when he was at the fish place. I phoned him just now and he said they're 5 to 6inches long and look similar to GSP's. Also their brakish
