Me and my friend have 2 green spotted puffers we picked up at Wal-Mart awhile back. We have them in 125 gallon tank and we are slowly bringing the salinity up to brackish.
When we first got them the GSP in question (GSP #1) was the bigger of the two. But now GSP #1 is the smaller of the two and he doesn't eat as much as the now bigger GSP #2. He is still very active and has bright colors. They get a diet of shrimp, crayfish, blood worms and snails. You can see in the video below how much plumper GSP #2 is compared to GSP #1

Post your ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and pH levels, please. Does the smaller GSP who eats less have a sunken belly?

What is their size? 2-3 inches?
And what is the current salinity level?

Also, how long have you had them?

I will post the levels as soon as I can. The tank is over at my friends house.
They are around 2" to 3" Salinity is at 1.005 and we have had them for around 4 to 5 months.
The smaller ones belly is not sunk in.

You should consider getting your friend to register here on the forum.

It's difficult to keep tabs on puffers that you aren't living with, especially when you need help dealing with issues.

Is that a molly? You really need to remove all other fish that are not GSPs. Mollies can be very mean rather you know it or not, and that may be the reason of your GSPs is eating less. He may feel very bullied. He may also just have a more reserved personality.
