Fish ID needed

Hey Guys
I bought some Rivershrimp today and when I got home I found a little fish in the bag with them. I'm assuming he's Brakish water as that's what they keep their rivershrimp in.
Can anyone id it from these pix (sorry pix are really bad quality)

I have got one of those before, it soon died also got a real cool goby once which also died. Can't help with id though I am afraid

Looks like a baby fish, there are a lot of marine fish that grew up in estuarine brackish waters... but if i have to bet, it also looks like an Gasterosteus aculeatus aculeatus.

Not sure what it is but it really dont look like a goby, imo.
