Hey Guys

I need to make/buy a fish tank divider. it has to be 36cm x 45cm. Does anyone know where I could buy one that's this size. A lot of the ones I've looked at are to small. I'm also willing to try and make my own if anyone has a good idea of how to do that

Thanks for your time :D

Make your own, the ones you buy are awful. We made nice ones but they had to be siliconed to the tank, you open to that at all?

We changed some things though. Used poster edging instead of those binder things and had each side solid. We found that if there were any gaps then the divider was too floppy. The mesh sheets weren't big enough so we used a soldering iron to melt sheets together. This way it looks pretty and is more solid. We put them in the tank, added the substrate, and then siliconed the sides to the glass. I don't know how well this would work against something larger that wanted through it but I imagine if you just siliconed egg crate to the glass it would work. Could also silicone plastic mesh to each side of the egg crate so there's more of a barrier.
