my gsp has ich on its fins. we have done the nox-ich treatment for 3 days like it says to. that did not help any it seems. it says to take a day off, so we did, and now were on day 2 of the second ich treatment and it does not seem to be helping any still. we did a 50% before we started the treatment. yes we vacuumed out the gravel, and took out all decorations and cleaned them,30 gallon tank and hes the only fish in there. i do not know the ph level or nitrite or any other information.

You need a good liquid test kit so you can post params. What sg are you running at? If freshwater move your sg up by 0.002 per week, f/w ich can't live long in brackish. First get the meds out your tank tho. Do a large w/c and add carbon to your filter.

Please do not use meds for ich on your puffer!
