puffer meds for GSP fin

what should i use on my GSP his tail has a pinkish dot on it with a bunch of smaller dots like it around it. should i treat with pimaFix or MelaFix? and will any of this mess up my LR?

Often, unless these things get worse, I just use Melafix or a good, clean environment. I'd need more history on this but they do make Melafix for SW.

I had one with a bubble gum-ish glob on his tail. Didn't seem to bother him but it never went away. Eventually he died...seemed to eat his fin away....
