spots on tail..help!!!!!!! :/

my GSP has this huge spot on his top fin and a few smaller ones on the bottom fin..their like pinkish and look like lumps. what could it be?? also he has stopped eating

I'm not sure what they are - you'll have to wait for someone else. Can you get a better picture?
But I do know that you need to do a big water change - probably about 75% to start with. You want to get the nitrite down to zero and get the nitrate down below 20.
Can you answer the other questions in red?

I agree with the WC advice. Generally, if you see red it's bacterial. Treat with Melafix. Be sure there is good water circulation in there or add an airstone.
