Sump question.. again

I'm in the process of setting up my sump and i had a very important question.. What pump should i use for the output? Here's the info first off. It's about 2 1/2 feet from overflow to sump using 1/2 inch pvc pipe which i read is about 400gph. The sump itself will only be about 6 gallons (in a 10g tank) since i'm very limited on space. There will be a CPR Bak Pak 2 sump model inside for skimming which i believe runs about 240gph? What pump would i need to keep up with the overflow?
Ps, not trying to break the bank here. around $30 would be good if possible.
