Yup - the owner is no gourmet chef, but his con caseo is locally famous. Maybe "notorious"?

I got knitting supplies, including sock blockers, hand-dyed and fairly-traded merino wool from my favorite yarn company, a book of patterns, some yarn that really wasn't that great but was a very sweet thought from my youngest sister, and a yarn store gift certificate! I also got fair trade kitty earrings, a bar of mint crunch Endangered Species chocolate, a "Sonic Boom" alarm clock, and other neat stuff.
My family as a whole got The Lord of the Rings Trivial Pursuit! The kitty earrings, by the way, said "From Astrid" (my cat's name) in my mom's handwriting. 
I gave my mom a fair trade terracotta nativity (she collects nativities), my dad a Nook gift certificate for his new favorite toy, my middle sister a book on making zombie movies on a microbudget, and my youngest sister handknitted footie socks to wear with her new Toms.
