White tubes - What are they?

I have these hard, white tubes on some of my live rock. Just wondering if anybody had an ID on them. I thought they were lifeless until i saw some red inside a few of them. Here's a picture. Not good quality but it serves it's purpose. The arrow points to one with the red in it.

The Sabellidae with non-calcareous tubes. It's a type of worm. I have TONS in my tank. They're a good part of your clean up crew.

don't you mean "with calcareous tubes"?
But yes, tube worms aka feather dusters.

Will they ever come out of the tubes? I haven't seen them yet except for the red inside the tube.

Yes, they are feather duster worms - the heads should come out (the feather duster part) but the worm itself stays in the tube.
