Possible worms

75 gallon 2 ceylon puffers and 1 ghost shrimp
feeding 5 days a week rotate with bloodworms, mussles, ghost shrimp when they catch them, mysis and snails, water change once a week 25-30% with gravel vac, prime and stability for water changes and Kent zoecon added to food.
took out some of the rock and added driftwood and 3 new fake plants.
aquarium has been up for a couple months and cycled fishless cycle

Every morning i watch my fish wake up and swim around for a couple hours to make sure they are doing good while i drink my coffee, today i noticed what looked to be a verry thin red string coming from one of my ceylons butt it was about 0.5cm in length. i tried to get a pic but my camera doens pick it up its to small. just want to know if its treatable or if anyone knows what kind of IP it might be and how to treat for it.

They poop what they eat. Sounds like bloodworms.

Camallanus worms are possible too, but they're so rare that I doubt it. Are they having any other symptoms?
