Will a valentini puffer get along with a yellow tang, false percs and a BTA?

Yes to the fish, but make sure he is the last addition.
I would not keep a toby with any anemone, personally. They really 'pick' a lot, mine does more than any other puffer I own.
Are you thinking of an anemone for your first sw tank? I would advise aganst it; they are not a great beginner's choice, although the BTA is hardier than most. I'm sure you'll research and make good choices!! :)

Tahnls, I have already researched quite alot but still have some time to go. I really wanted something for my clowns to host and I really like BTAs. It's so hard to mix fish and anemones that get along with eachother.

Clowns will host in a variety of corals/other objects as well. My perc curently lives behind my powerhead, one of my skunks in my Octobubble, and another in an open brain. Also, be prepared that many clowns never host in anything, esp. tank bred ones, which are what you should try to get.

LL, why is it better to get tank raised ones. I was thinking of getting wild ones. I will probably give up the idea of anemones for this tank, i jumping ahead too much. I will stick to corals but are valentinis ok with all corals, if not which other corals could I keep that would host false percs. PP, I have never heard of Octobuble. Is that another name for BTA or is it a different coral/anemone because I searched it just now and they look identical.

I think it's always best to buy tank raised specimens when at all possible. They are generally much hardier, and you need not worry about collection methods.

An octobubble is similar to frogspawn

OK, I will get tank raised ones. They are also cheaper. So the valentini will not pick on an octobubble? Can some one please tell me a list of all puffers I can put in a 80 gallon with the false percs and corals?
